Refund and Return Policy

We guarantee complete satisfaction with our products - if you are not satisfied with any product or service that you have bought from our site, we would like to return your money.

Provided that you do so within 14 days of date of purchase, you can return your online purchases to us for a full refund.

The process works as follows:

1. Please send a mail to returns@change-management-toolbook.com, advising us of your intent to return your online purchase and the reason for the return.

2. Please provide the following information in your mail: name, address, email address, phone number, and order number, if available.

3. A return form will be mailed to you for completion – as soon as we receive this completed form from you, we will provide you with a refund.
