... and it has ended without having given me the time to blog as I had promised. Up to 19 people met for three days to explore, create and celebrate change. They came from: England, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Slovakia, Germany, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Ghana, South Africa and United Arab Emirates. Our prefered mode to work is Open Space, so consequentally we opened space last Saturday morning. We worked 12 different session such as leadership models, knowledge management, and of course we talked about our own affairs. Change Facilitation is in a major transformation presently, sorting out our proft and our non-profit activities, and it is interesting to see how change facilitators facilitate their own change.
