Module 1: Dimensions of Change Facilitation
Amsterdam, November 5-6, 2008
"Those who seek to intervene will have to learn the art and skill of listenting from those who read the forest and the rivers before they attempt to contruct an environment for change." (C. Spies, 2006)
Participate in a unique training series, and upgrade your skills as a change facilitator. The first part of the training programme will consist of a series of online and face-to-face events.

October 13, 14.00-16.00 GMT: Online Event
Introduction to Dimensions of Change Facilitation
November 5-6, 2008: Face-to-Face Event 1 (f2f1): Essential Skills of Change Facilitators
January 2009 (date to be defined): Second Online Event
Depending on the needs of the participants, we will offer further modules in 2009 to deepen specific change facilitation skills. This is just the beginning but we want to develop the programme on the fly - together with YOU, the most relevant expert for this training.
Training-on-the-job and mentoring: We will offer opportunities to participate in training, consulting and facilitation assignments for clients in order to broaden and deepen skills.
We have defined 7 dimensions; mastering them is the essence of Change Facilitation:

· Dimension 3: Dealing with Complexity
· Dimension 4: Design of Change Interventions
· Dimension 5: Implementation of Change Processes
