Bookings
Bookings will be taken on a first come, first served basis and will be secured upon receipt of a completed application form and receipt of the appropriate course fee. Course fees must be paid be international money order or bank transfer We apologize that in the moment we cannot accept credit card payments). All bank transfer fees must be charged to the account of the course participant. Course fees are payable in advance.

Cancellations
In the event of cancellation of a training event by us, all fees paid will be reimbursed in full. Where dates are varied by us, course participants may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient. Refunds will be made as follows for cancellations made by participants:
- 30 days prior to course - 70% of training fees will be refunded
- less than 30 days prior to course - no refund of training fees
The Hotel which you have booked for accommodation might charge forgone loss if hotel bookings have not been cancelled timely. The Change Management Toolbook is not responsible for the cancellation policy of the hotel.


Warranty
We will do all we reasonably can to provide the training we advertised but you agree that we are under no strict legal obligation to do so at any specific time or place, provided we have used all reasonable endeavours. We can terminate this agreement by giving 30 days notice (or forthwith if we have reason to believe you have breached the terms of this agreement). We reserve the right to substitute speakers without notice

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any loss or damage caused to us or the training location or its reputation as a result of any failure by you or on your behalf to comply with these terms & conditions. We do not accept any responsibility for any disease you contract or accidents that happen to you during the training. With accepting the terms you declare that you have taken care for insurance when entering the country in which the course takes place as required by the respective national law. In any event we disclaim any liability for consequential loss.

Visa Procedures
The countries in which our courses take place might require citizens of certain countries to obtain a visa prior to entering the country. I most cases, you will not be able to obtain the visa upon arrival. You are entirely responsible for all visa procedures. We can not send out invitations, but on demand we will certify that you have registered for the training (given that you have fully paid participation fees).

Currency
All figures mentioned on this site or by our representatives are Euro unless we agree in writing. We will accept payment in Euro.

The law that applies
We are based in Slovakia, and therefore subject to Slovak law. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with Slovak law. No effect will be given to any principle of conflict of laws.
