The Trainers



Jouke Kruijer has 20 years of experience in training and teamcoaching. He has facilitated transformation processes within national and international corporations as consultant and actor. For over 10 years he owned his own business and is now an associate partner of Feidon Change Facilitation.

Jouke studied English language and literature and after graduation pursued an acting career. He became involved in the use of drama techniques in corporate learning and set up his own company in this specialied field. He worked for a vast variety of clients like Renault, ICI, Canon, ABN Amro. He left his own company to further explore his creativity in the visual arts. He now works from his studio in Amsterdam and exhibits nationally and internationally. Working in silence and creating from his own personal resources helps him to understand productive, inner processes. This individual work contributes to his work as a consultant on corporate questions of growth, innovation, inner motivation and productivity.  He is presently doing a Masters degree at The Erasmus University on Management Consultancy and he combines his painting with consulting on an even basis. His present focus is on transcultural teams and is doing research on this subject in large corporations. Jouke is a Belbin Team-role Master, he is versed in the work of Argyris and a psychodrama practitioner in individual and team coaching/councelling.

Olli-Pekka Juoperi has founded Humap Ltd with his two collegues Ilkka Mäkitalo and Vesa Purokuru in 1999. Business orientation leads him to be Managing Director. Nowadays Humap is a house of 11 consultants and daughter company Humap Software offers collaborative web tools and services. 
As a consultant Olli-Pekka is in his best in challenging leadership, management and strategic issues. His strength is to make interventions on time and not hesitate to pick up also difficult topics. You don't usually hear consultant jargon from him: Casual and informal communication and common sense seems to be his way to good results.
