Eight years experience in helping to deliver large and complex change initiatives within organisations have taught us that the importance and complexity of dealing with change effectively and sustainably are often misunderstood or underestimated.
The application of fancy looking methodology or complex methods does not guarantee success in dealing with change. Being an effective change agent or leader requires a thorough understanding (and often even expert knowledge and outstanding ability) in areas such as: • business processes • communication • conflict management • facilitation • psychology (specifically the psychology of change) • project management for change managers • qualitative and quantitative methods • training • the practical “nuts and bolts” of change consulting • whole systems change.
We offer public and in-house training courses. All our public courses are available as in-house course options with the added benefit that courses can be adapted to your requirements.
